Our goal is to be an extension of Baldor’s factory to lessen your downtime and ensure the reliability and uptime of their motors. If your motor goes down we can look at it same day in some cases. The normal warranty process through the factory can take 2-4 weeks. If your supplier is distribution only they will need to complete a number of steps to assist you. They will contact the factory, wait on an RGA, then an factory inspection (not to mention transit times and shipping costs back and forth that you are responsible for) before you know if the motor is covered under warranty or not.
