What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday - Friday 7:30 A.M. to 5 P.M. and Saturday 7:30 AM to Noon Eastern Time.
How do I check on my order?
To check the status of your order please call our customer service team at 305-235-5000 or email us at sales@dadepump.com. Please have your order number ready to help our team expedite the process on your behalf.
How do I cancel an order?
Orders must be canceled before they have shipped. Please contact our sales team at 305-235-5000 or sales@dadepump.com as soon as possible to avoid any cancellation issues.
What payment types do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, check, cash, ACH, wire transfer, Paypal and Shop Pay. All international orders are wire transfer only.
I am tax exempt. How can I apply it to my account?
Due to laws and regulations outside of our control, Dade Pump and Supply Company DBA De Ruiter Electric Motor Company charges tax depending on the shipping location. If you have an exemption for paying taxes please create an account on our website and email a copy of your form to sales@dadepump.com. You will receive a confirmation email when your account is approved for tax exempt status.
What is the warranty process?
Each manufacturer and product has a warranty through the manufacturer. If you have a product that is not working correctly please submit a warranty evaluation form to warranty@dadepump.com. Please include any supporting evidence including pictures and videos to expedite the process. Our team will evaluate your submission and respond within 24 to 48 business hours (Monday-Friday). The decision to warranty the product is solely the decision of the manufacturer. Any costs including shipping are not covered by the manufacturer or Dade Pump. Dade Pump and Supply Company DBA De Ruiter Electric Motor Company will fight on your behalf for a favorable decision.
What is the return process?
Before returning any product you must have prior authorization from our returns department. Our team will provide you an RMA# to identify your return and provide the address to ship to. We will evaluate your submission and respond within 24 to 48 business hours (Monday-Friday). Please contact sales@dadepump.com with any questions.
Important Information for Returning Products
- Returns are subject to a 20% restock fee
- If the product is used or not in the original packaging it is not eligible for return
- Dade Pump will only authorize returns for up to 30 days from invoice date. Products over 30 days from invoice date are ineligible for return
- Dade Pump reserves the right to deduct the cost of any free shipping promotion on a returned product
- The shipping cost to return the product is solely the responsibility of the customer
Is the product I am ordering in stock?
We do our best to keep the most common pumps, motors and parts in stock based on past sales history and current industry trends. Our inventory is used for repairs, sold in our brick and mortar storefront or purchased through phone, email or directly online to be shipped out. Due to the number of ways we sell our product and our repair facility usage we are unable to accurately show stock levels on our website.
