Free Shipping Guarantee

All orders over $250* shipping parcel service - UPS/FedEx/USPS - ship free to the 48 contiguous states. All LTL/FTL orders over $2500* ship free to the 48 contiguous states. The delivery time of your shipment will vary based on the product and shipping method. LTL, FTL and USPS shipments will not be as exact as UPS/FedEx for transit time estimates. Please contact our customer support team for transit time and cost estimates.

Fast Shipping Promise

Orders with in-stock products placed by 12:00 p.m. (ET) Monday through Friday ship out the same day!* Excludes out of stock, drop ship and orders requiring special handling including FTL/LTL shipping methods. Please contact us to verify stock before placing your order. Please note, UPS Next Day Air® and 2nd Day Air® transit times include business days only. For example, if you order on a Friday, UPS Next Day Air® will be delivered the following Monday while UPS 2nd Day Air® will be delivered on Tuesday by end of day. UPS offers Saturday delivery to select zip codes and addresses. Please contact our customer support team with any questions on shipping and delivery time.

Terms and Conditions

Payment Methods: We accept ACH, Wire Transfers, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay and Discover.

Shipping Methods: We ship UPS, FedEx, USPS and LTL Freight. All merchandise is sold F.O.B. from our warehouse or drop ship origin. Orders are shipped Monday - Friday during business hours, excluding major holidays. 

Free Shipping: Orders over $250* (Excluding Tax & Shipping) that ship USPS, UPS or FedEx in the contiguous 48 states qualify for Free Shipping. The shipping method varies based on the size, weight and delivery address. Orders shipped with the Free Shipping promotion may be subject to a restocking fee equal to the outbound shipping cost if the product is returned. 
*Exclusions include products that require LTL/FTL Freight.  Any order shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or internationally does not qualify for the Free Shipping promotion.

Damaged Shipments

We do our best to package every shipment sufficiently but inevitably some shipments experience damage in transit. Please inspect all products upon receipt and notify Dade Pump & Supply immediately with any concerns. Document the damage and set aside the product and shipping material in case the carrier requires an inspection. Failure to document the damage or notify us in a timely manner can delay or waive any resolution to the issue. 

Pricing and Availability  

All prices are subject to change. Product availability fluctuates throughout the day. Warranty

Each manufacturer and product has a warranty through the manufacturer. If you have a product that is not working correctly please submit a warranty evaluation form to warranty@dadepump.com. Please include any supporting evidence including pictures and videos to expedite the process. Our team will evaluate your submission and respond within 24 to 48 business hours (Monday-Friday). The decision to warranty the product is solely the decision of the manufacturer. Any costs including shipping are not covered by the manufacturer or Dade Pump. Dade Pump & Supply will fight on your behalf for a favorable decision.

Standard Processing time is 3-4 weeks for warranty claims to be reviewed and approved or denied by the manufacturer (this clock starts after our team has reviewed your completed warranty evaluation form).

  • Products deemed defective by the manufacturer will be replaced/repaired at no cost to the customer. Refunds are not available - this includes any shipping costs associated with the initial purchase or sending the product in for evaluation. The customer is responsible for the shipping/freight charges when sending back products for warranty evaluation and if/when the product is returned to the customer after evaluation.
  • The manufacturer of the product is the sole decision maker if the warranty is covered or not. We will fight for you but, unfortunately, the decision is not up to Dade Pump & Supply.
  • We understand this process can take time and will do our best to expedite all steps with the manufacturer. We are not able to circumvent the Warranty evaluation and must abide by the proper factory process. By purchasing from Dade Pump & Supply Co you agree to the warranty evaluation process set forth in our policies.

Our team will evaluate your submission and respond within 24 to 48 business hours (Monday-Friday). Please include a short video or any pictures of parts and equipment that are not working properly.

Returns

What is the return/refund process?

Before returning any product you must have prior authorization from our returns department. Our team will provide you an RMA# to identify your return and provide the address to ship to. We will evaluate your submission and respond within 24 to 48 business hours (Monday-Friday). Please contact sales@dadepump.com with any questions.

Important Information for Returning Products

  • Returns are subject to a 20% restock fee
  • If the product is used or not in the original packaging it is not eligible for return
  • Dade Pump will only authorize returns for up to 30 days from invoice date. Products over 30 days from invoice date are ineligible for return
  • Dade Pump reserves the right to deduct the cost of any free shipping promotion on a returned product
  • The shipping cost to return the product is solely the responsibility of the customer

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned - custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and obsolete / going out of production items. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

International Shipping

Dade Pump & Supply Co has experience shipping to over 100 countries over the past decade. We can assist with small packages shipping UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc as well as freight shipments up to full containers. Duties and taxes are paid by the customer upon delivery to the destination. The amount of applicable duties and taxes will vary by product and are set by the destination country. International shipping fees and duties calculated by carriers such as UPS are based on a number of factors and vary by destination. Please be aware customs clearance can delay the arrival of your shipment beyond the expected delivery date.

Tax Exempt

I am tax exempt. How can I send in my certificate?

Due to laws and regulations outside of our control, Dade Pump & Supply Co charges tax in the majority of states in the USA. If you are tax exempt, please create an account on our website and email a copy of your exemption form to accounting@dadepump.com. We will process your request as quickly as possible and inform you when your account is setup for tax free purchases.

Product Availability

We do our best to keep the most common pumps, motors and parts in stock based on past sales history and current industry trends. Our inventory is used for repairs, sold in our brick and mortar storefront and purchased through phone, email or directly online to be shipped out. Due to the number of ways we sell our product and our repair facility usage we are unable to accurately show stock levels on our website.
