Conery 2900-B1-S4-C1-50 Normally Open Wide Angle Mercury Float Switch (50' Cord)

The 2900-B1-S4-C1-50 is a normally open wide angle float switch with a 50' cord. The cord has a bare end - options available for piggyback 120 or 240V.

NORMALLY OPEN (N/O) - YELLOW BULB... FOR PUMP DOWN APPLICATIONS

• The mercury switch contacts are open (or off) in the hanging position. As the float rises 45 degrees above horizontal, the contacts close and actuate the switch. The contacts then remain closed until the float switch returns to 45 degrees below horizontal.

NORMALLY CLOSED (N/C) - RED BULB... FOR PUMP UP APPLICATIONS

• The mercury switch contacts are closed (or on) in the hanging position. As the float rises 45 degrees above horizontal, the contacts close and actuate the switch. The contacts then remain open until the float switch returns to 45 degrees below horizontal.

SINGLE POLE, DOUBLE THROW (SPDT) - BLUE BULB... NORMALLY OPEN OR NORMALLY CLOSED

• A variation on the standard normally open or normally closed float switch, this float may be wired at installation to perform either operation but not both.
