The Flomatic 2141 208 1 1/4" ball check valve is designed for sewage pumps and applications involving viscous liquids or slurries. This model features an epoxy-coated cast iron body with a clean-out port and a threaded female x female connection for straightforward installation and service.

Operation: Under forward flow, the ball lifts to allow passage; when flow stops or reverses, the ball returns to the seat to help prevent reverse flow.

Installation: Ball check valves may be installed horizontally or vertically, with preferred installation in the vertical position. Install with the flow arrow in the direction of flow. For horizontal installations, orient the clean-out/cover to the top for proper operation and service access.

Construction: The epoxy-coated cast iron body provides strength and corrosion protection. The Buna-N sinking ball and resilient seat support dependable shutoff in wastewater service. The clean-out port supports serviceability without removing the valve from the line.
