Flomatic 3387 745 10" Flo-Flex® Swing Check Valve

The Flomatic 3387 10" Model 745 Flo-Flex® swing check valve is a flanged, 45°-seat check valve designed for dependable backflow prevention and controlled closure in water and wastewater service. This valve features an epoxy-coated ductile iron body and cover, a Buna-N coated Flo-Flex® disc, and stainless-steel cover fasteners. It is rated for a maximum working pressure of 250 PSI and a maximum temperature of 140°F (60°C).

Operation: The Flo-Flex® 45° seat design provides stable, controlled closure and helps minimize slam and water hammer during pump shutdown. The disc opens under forward flow and closes as flow reverses to reduce reverse flow and protect pumps and piping.

Construction: An epoxy-coated ductile iron body and cover provide strength and corrosion resistance for demanding water system environments. The resilient Buna-N coated Flo-Flex® disc helps provide reliable sealing, while stainless-steel fasteners support long service life. The cover and bottom port are drilled and tapped with an NPT plug to support venting, draining, or optional accessory connections as required by the application.

Applications: Municipal, industrial, and commercial pumping systems, including water and wastewater lift stations, raw water intakes, irrigation, and general utility pumping where a robust Class 150 flanged swing check valve is required.
