The Flomatic 2187A Model 78A 10" swing check valve is a flanged, flapper-style check valve designed to allow flow in one direction and help prevent backflow when flow stops. This model features an epoxy-coated ductile iron body with a metal-reinforced neoprene swing disc, and it is designed with the same flange-to-flange dimensions as a standard ANSI 90° elbow for compact piping layouts.
