Flomatic 7938S6MCLVFD 3" 80S6MCLVFD – Stainless Steel VFD Check Valve

The Flomatic 7938S6MCLVFD 3" MPT x 3" Certa-Lok® 80S6MCLVFD – all 316 stainless-steel check valves with a grooved locking Certa-Lok® outlet connection and a male pipe thread inlet connection are rated for a maximum working pressure of 450 psi. MAX TEMP: 180°F (80°C).

The Flomatic 7938S6MCLVFD 3" MPT x 3" Certa-Lok® 80S6MCLVFD is a premium all stainless-steel spring check valve designed for submersible and general pump applications. This model features stainless-steel construction inside and out, including the poppet assembly, with a high-strength stainless-steel spring and a Nitrile (Buna-N) seal. The Certa-Lok® grooved outlet design provides secure, positive mechanical joint connections.

80S6MCLVFD series – All 316 stainless-steel check valve body incorporates grooved locking Certa-Lok® connections on the outlet end and male pipe threads on the inlet end. Materials are the same as the 80S6CLVFD series. Maximum temperature 180°F (80°C). Maximum working pressure 450 psi.

Operation: Flomatic 80S6MCLVFD stainless steel check valves are engineered to provide years of trouble-free without maintenance when properly sized and installed in an appropriately selected pumping application, in regard to flow and maximum system pressures.

Construction: The Flomatic 80S6MCLVFD check valve body is constructed to handle the rated system flow and pressures as stated, and to support the combined weight of the submersible pump, pipe, and the water in the riser pipe.  In addition, the valves are uniquely designed to mitigate some of the hydraulic water shocks associated with well water pumping when the following check valve installation instructions are adhered to.
