Flomatic 2432R 888R 2 1/2" Silent Wafer Check Valve – EPDM Drip-Tight

The Flomatic 2432R 888R 2 1/2" silent wafer-style check valve is a spring-assisted, center-guided check valve built with an epoxy-coated ductile iron body for quiet, non-slam performance in pumping systems. This model includes an EPDM resilient seal (drip-tight) and is designed for installation between ASME Class 150 and 300 flanges where applicable.

Operation: As flow decelerates, the spring-assisted poppet begins to close and fully seats at zero velocity, reducing reverse flow and minimizing water hammer. The resilient EPDM seal supports drip-tight shutoff for improved system protection.
