The Flomatic C101J1B00130 C101 flanged pressure reducing valve is a pilot-operated automatic control valve designed to reduce high upstream pressure to a stable, lower downstream pressure in water system applications. This valve features a full port globe style body (Model C) or angle body configuration (Model CA) with ASME Class 150 flanged connections.

Specifications:

Valve Type: Pilot operated pressure reducing valve

Standard: ANSI / AWWA C530

Body Style: Full port globe style (Model C) / angle body style (Model CA)

Connection: Flanged, ASME Class 150

Set Pressure Range: 25–125 PSI (standard)

Body: Fusion-bonded epoxy coated ductile iron (internal and external)

Elastomers: NSF/ANSI 61 approved EPDM

Trim: Stainless-steel standard

Control Tubing: Copper (stainless-steel optional)

Standard Features: Control tubing isolation valves; gauge cocks; air bleeder valve; body drain plugs; EZ off jack screw covers & seat rings; unleaded pilots; air bleed standard

Weight: 137 lbs

Operation: The C101 pressure reducing valve automatically maintains a preset downstream pressure regardless of fluctuations in upstream pressure or flow demand. Pilot controls modulate the main valve to ensure stable system pressure control.

Construction: The ductile iron body is coated internally and externally with corrosion-resistant fusion-bonded epoxy. Stainless-steel trim and standard pilot accessories support durability and reliable long-term service.

Applications: Municipal water distribution, pressure zone control, commercial and industrial water service, and infrastructure installations requiring precise downstream pressure regulation.

Flomatic Quality: Flomatic pilot operated control valves are custom-built to order and serialized to meet application requirements. Valves are engineered to meet AWWA C530 and are backed by a three-year warranty.
