The Flomatic CDF30 2" Flo-Trol® CDF – stainless-steel automatic flow control valve with a rated flow of 30.0 GPM and 2" M x 2" M threaded connections is engineered for accurate, constant flow control across a broad pressure range. This NSF/ANSI 61 and 372 certified valve is rated for a maximum working pressure of 200 psi and a maximum operating temperature of 180°F (82°C), making it ideal for commercial, industrial, and agricultural water systems.

The Flo-Trol® CDF series uses a flexible Buna-N flow-control orifice with no moving internal mechanical parts. As system pressure varies, the elastomeric orifice flexes to maintain a nearly constant flow rate within ±15% between 15 and 125 psi. The all-stainless-steel body construction delivers excellent corrosion resistance and long service life.

Operation: Flo-Trol® automatic flow control valves regulate system flow using a pressure-responsive Buna-N elastomeric orifice. As pressure rises or falls, the orifice dynamically adjusts its opening to stabilize flow without the need for external controls or manual adjustment.

Construction: The Flomatic CDF valve body is manufactured from corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel, with a precision-molded Buna-N orifice to ensure stable performance and long-term reliability. Laser-engraved markings help identify valve size and flow rate in the field.
