Flomatic CDT20 1 1/2" Flo-Trol® CDT – Stainless Steel Flow Control Valve (20.0 GPM)

The Flomatic CDT20 1 1/2" Flo-Trol® CDT – stainless-steel automatic flow control valve with a rated flow of 20.0 GPM and 1-1/2" M x 1-1/2" M threaded connections are designed for precise, consistent flow regulation across a wide pressure range. This NSF/ANSI 61 and 372 certified valve is rated for a maximum working pressure of 200 psi and a maximum temperature of 180°F (82°C), making it well suited for commercial, industrial, and agricultural water systems.

The Flo-Trol® CDT series uses a flexible Buna-N flow-control orifice with no moving mechanical parts. As inlet pressure changes, the elastomeric orifice flexes to maintain a stable flow rate within ±15% between 15 and 125 psi. The 304 stainless-steel body and internals offer excellent corrosion resistance and long service life.

Operation: Flo-Trol® automatic flow control valves regulate flow using a pressure-responsive Buna-N elastomeric orifice. As system pressure fluctuates, the orifice adjusts its opening to maintain a nearly constant flow rate without external adjustment or added controls.

Construction: The Flomatic CDT valve body is manufactured from corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel, with a precision-molded Buna-N orifice for long-term flexibility and performance. Laser-engraved markings provide quick reference for flow rate and size during installation and maintenance.
