The Flomatic CF101J1B00130 CF101 flanged pressure reducing valve is a pilot-operated automatic control valve designed to reduce high upstream pressure to a stable, lower downstream pressure in water system applications. This model is a reduced port globe style valve configured with ASME Class 150 flanged connections and is supplied in the standard 25–125 PSI set range.
Specifications:
Valve Type: Pilot operated pressure reducing valve
Standard: ANSI / AWWA C530
Body Style: Reduced port globe style (Model CF)
Connection: Flanged, ASME Class 150
Set Pressure Range: 25–125 PSI (standard)
Body: Fusion-bonded epoxy coated ductile iron (internal and external)
Elastomers: NSF/ANSI 61 approved EPDM
Trim: Stainless-steel standard
Control Tubing: Copper (stainless-steel optional)
Standard Features: Control tubing isolation valves; gauge cocks; air bleeder valve; body drain plugs; EZ off jack screw covers & seat rings; unleaded pilots; air bleed standard
Weight: 303 lbs
Operation: The CF101 pressure reducing valve automatically maintains a preset downstream pressure regardless of fluctuations in upstream pressure or flow demand. Pilot controls modulate the main valve to provide stable system pressure control.
Construction: The valve body is ductile iron with corrosion-resistant fusion-bonded epoxy coating inside and out. Stainless-steel trim is standard for durability and corrosion resistance. The pilot system and standard accessories are arranged to support reliable control and straightforward field service.
Applications: Municipal water distribution systems, commercial and industrial water service, pressure zone control, and infrastructure installations requiring accurate downstream pressure regulation.
Flomatic Quality: Flomatic pilot operated control valves are custom-built to order and serialized to meet application requirements. Valves are engineered to meet AWWA C530 and are backed by a three-year warranty.
