The Flomatic YV001110107-20 1" 816HS Ward check valve – a heavy‑spring variation of the 816 stainless‑steel “Y‑type” check valve – is designed for applications requiring increased cracking pressure. This model maintains the all‑316 stainless‑steel body, PTFE soft‑seated plunger, and spring‑loaded design while incorporating a heavier spring for a controlled initial opening pressure of 20 PSI.

The 816HS Ward series retains the same robust construction as the standard 816 model, offering reliable performance, corrosion resistance, and long service life in demanding industrial and commercial systems. FNPT threaded ends conform to ANSI B1.20.1 standards, ensuring compatibility with standard piping systems.

816HS Ward series – All 316 stainless-steel body with stainless-steel spring, stainless-steel / PTFE plunger assembly, and PTFE sealing.
